    Unfortunately, our services are based in India and we only ship inside India. 

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 48-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched on business days. Please note: this can take longer during the start of the kit month.

As soon as your order is packed, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note that it can take some days before the tracking information is available.

Please note that while we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, JOURNAL OWL cannot be held liable for any delays caused by the courier company or postal authorities.
We only guarantee to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 3-5 days from the date of the order and payment, or as per the agreed delivery date.
