RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We offer a refund within the first 10 days of your purchase, if 10 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund.
We allow you to get a refund or replacement only if products were damaged or misplaced. Kindly share a video of opening the parcel to confirm damage from the origin. Please note: items marked “Journaling Kits” cannot be returned/exchanged. Customized, limited-quantity seasonal items, and sale products are excluded and remain subject to our regular return/exchange policy.

 It might take 7-14 business days for your return to be processed.

CANCELLATION 

We accept order cancellations before product processing.
If the order is cancelled by that time, you will get a full refund.
If the product has already been shipped out, we will unfortunately be unable to cancel the order.
